Membee’s Office Will Be Closed on November 13 For Remembrance Day

Categories: Announcements

Membee’s office will be closed and our team of bees will be out of the hive on Monday, November 13, 2023, for Thanksgiving Day. Our team will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, November 14, 2023!

The Data Center Will Continue To Be Monitored

As usual, we will continue to monitor all systems 24 X 7 X 365 to ensure that our servers remain active so that you can continue to use Membee with no issues! If any issues arise, visit membeestatus.com for the latest technical updates about Membee.

You Can Keep Sending Support Tickets

Just because we’ll be gone from the Hive doesn’t mean you can’t send any support tickets!

On Monday, November 13, 2023, Live Chat Support will be closed for the day, but you can continue to send in your support tickets via support@membee.com or by submitting a support ticket.

Please be advised that you may experience a small delay in response time as we return on Tuesday, November 14, 2023

Search Everywhere With a Keyword, Email, & Phone Number

Have a keyword, a phone number, or an email address and you can't remember the name of a record? For the times when you're not sure where to start looking, Membee's global search is there to help. Simply enter your search term such as a name, email address, phone number, member number, address, etc, and Membee will look in people, organizations, events, committees, notes, and tasks, for any matching results. Search makes your process that much easier to find and open records or data!

Application Forms That Make Acquiring New Members Painless

Membee's new member applications are robust and help you automate a lot of the manual administrative work. The application forms can capture all the information in one streamlined process, set up membership billing, automatically create directory listings, send welcome emails, activate logins, and so much more.

Customize the Descriptor Labels for Your Members

Have a unique label for your members that you want to consistently classify? For example, instead of Organizations, they're family, company, clubs, institutions, etc. Membee allows you to use your own labels to describe people and organizations in a way that makes sense to you.
