Membee Complete offers various additional features that you may require for your website which we considered “add-ons”. One of these additional features is a discussion space that helps facilitate interaction between your members while keeping them engaged throughout their membership.

3 Types of Discussion Spaces

You can create unlimited discussion spaces but they can be:

1. Public: accessible to any visitor
2. Members Only: accessible only by members with a login
3. A Specific Subset of Members: Membee’s login with access roles for a specific group of members (i.e. Platinum members only)

How It Works

On your Membee Complete website, the discussion board can:

• Allow any participant to create a topic or reply to an existing topic
• Upload text, images, and files
• Topic authors are notified of replies to their topic
• Participants can subscribe to existing topic threads and be notified of any replies
• Moderators can be notified of new topics or replies

What’s Included in the Add-On

At a one-time cost, we set up the Add-On for you which includes some but is not limited to:

• Installing the add-on to your website
• Activate the “attachment” plugin so participants can share files, images, etc.
• Secure your discussion forum with Membee-managed member usernames and passwords
• Apply basic styling so the forum matches your site’s design
• Create an initial discussion space
• Test topic creation, notifications, and the members-only security
