CSV Export shows 2 columns that were not selected in the custom export

Error when accessing Service Center Updates

Enabled communication consent should not email organizations

Error when # character is in password

If a member tried to include the pound symbol (#) in their password it would not work. This has been fixed to allow the # symbol in a password.
New committee participant does not appear in the committee participation report

Unable to reopen promotions window after editing promotions

If you opened a promotion (by going to Manage > Promotions) and added or edited a promotion and closed the screen, you could not go back to Manage > Promotions again without refreshing the page. This has been fixed

Unable to add roles to a committee or group if role was on the second page

Directory sections layout was not updating to match

Error when clicking “Update Details” in the billing information panel

Page freezes when adding value for a parameter

Promo code not applied correctly on eBill if additional item is required

Add parameter value window displayed behind parameter list

If you were editing a panel with a custom parameter field and you wanted to add a value, the form that allows you to add the value would pop up behind the entry fields in Firefox, which prevented you from adding the value. This has been fixed.
Incorrect display of current period when a future period with different amount was invoiced

It was possible that when the price for a membership billing item was updated for a future billing period and an invoice posted that the new amount showed as being the amount for the previous period. This did not actually change the amount that was posted previously, it was an issue with the display of the amount. This has been fixed.
Error in the Participation Report if event name exceeds 200 characters

An error would occur if an event with a name over 200 characters was selected in the Participation Report. This has been fixed.
What Does “(FB ####, FD ####)” Mean?
These are the tracking IDs as a bug fix or enhancement works its way through our internal processes. FogBugz (FB) is the system we use to track and prioritize enhancements and fixes in our development process. Freshdesk (FD) our awesome help desk system that you use to submit tickets to Membee customer service.
Sometimes, the bug fix or enhancement is generated by us in which case you won’t see a “FD” number in addition to the FB number noted.
Freshdesk and FogBugz are integrated which makes fast and easy from us to quickly promote something coming in from a client (through Freshdesk) to FogBugz for evaluation and the assigning of a priority by our Development team.
