Why Are They Incompatible?
These providers have a unique builder or process that doesn’t read the query string in URLs. The website will not pass information to the iFrame so that it could display the appropriate information. In the URL, anything past the page name would be ignored by the website.
For example, a link to create or reset a password would show a URL like:
www.membee1.membeesites.net/create-reset-password/?value=RcAC2nTykD4zsWUswltNQNN0GpbkN6dXPQt8ITBrVAofuVk3USLylD27%2f0J6zoo1W2d54Wha%2bJgeL6UNX4DfJ8p3ByZeg9o0Pmn8XB7F9ruIfLnD1KPlLBOG3%2b%2bO50as7TDr51Ml65%2f981dFRZ8QoHL5uUvR4gNp2fJ2s7DNAgC9es
However, the website would only read:
www.membee1.membesites.net/create-reset-password/
It will then direct the member to the page and show the “preview” widget and would be impossible to get to the correct page.
This also affects the functionality of the eBilling invoices so that members with a link to their invoice will not be able to see it – they would get to the eBilling login page.
This would be a mission-critical issue that highly impacts the membership features on their website.
